Here is a 60 acre tract located just outside of the city limits of Elizabethtown NC. The property was timber around 2016 on the south end and around 2022 in the north end. A town sewer line right of way runs on the east side of the property. This provides good access along with setup locations. Access roads are located on both the north and south end of the property. Plenty of cover to hold deer on this property. Mature timber is present along the edges to utilize for stand setups. I found several good trails, fresh tracks, and some small rubs during my walk through the property. Property does have a house on the west side which is rented. Do not bother the tenant. ATV use is acceptable for hunting purposes only.
